Adidas Adizero Feather 2

Summary | Full Review | Reader Reviews | Gallery | Specs | Discussion
Heel cushioning is decent.

Speed came at a cost of lower leg pain.

An aptly named shoe – for the amount of technology it contains Adidas has done well to get the weight under 200g. As with the first version of the shoe, the sprint frame (a lightweight torsion control structure) gives good control and stability, and the heel cushioning is decent. However the main disappointment is that the forefoot – where most Feather-wearers land – is too firm and speed came at a cost of some lower leg pain after a few runs. This shoe comes up narrow and small, so go for at least a half size up.
