Adidas adizero Tempo II

Summary | Full Review | Reader Reviews | Gallery | Specs | Discussion
Light racy feel

Firm, narrow fit

As with many of its everyday training models, adidas has changed the last in the Tempo for a wider fit and women in particular should appreciate the changes to this version. Overlays have been removed from the upper to stop it rubbing, and the Pro-Moderator unit in the midfoot (which helps to control pronation) has been adjusted to improve transition.

The fit of the Tempo has been improved and try-on feel is better: snug without being restrictive. Our testers liked the light racy feel of the shoe but found it a little firm. They also still feel a little too narrow for wide-footed runners. Our wear-testers say:

"The shoes are light and grippy but I was a little disappointed. The cushioning could be improved."
