Would keep a pair to wear down the beach. Bloody good race shoe. Continue reading...
A very comfortable shoe that feels light during a race but with more stability than other shoes on the market Continue reading...

I have been racing in a pair of Asic Gel DS for a year now. Is there an approx mileage after which they should be changed. I feel as though they are loosing their cushioning. I have probably used them for around 150 miles

DS Racers or DS Trainers?

I've only just got my DS Trainers, but hope they'll be good for 300 miles +

No idea about the Racers though

I once read 200 miles, but then I often hear 4 - 500 miles for normal road shoes.

I binned a pair of racers (Nike Mayfly) after 50 miles following a soaking in a 10M race, but have a pair of Adidas Supernova Competition 'racers' which are still going strong after 2000 training miles. The feel a part of me ;)

how is the summer racing going after marathons?

Speed seems to be improving, but still feel like I was fitter in early March. Hopefully things will improve in a month or so.
