Great racing shoe for distances of half marathon to marathon. Feel responsive with ample protection.
I love the balance of support and responsiveness. They lace well. I have absolute confidence in these for my Marathons, with back to back PB's since using them. I use them for olympic + distance triathlon too with elastic laces. They have adequate responsiveness for track reps. I don't know if their lacing arrangement towards the big toe seems to make a difference.
None really. Could add rocket pack for mile 24 onwards in marathons? You can get away with a lighter shoe for Sprint Tri's, 5K's etc.
Great all round distance racer! An out and out road shoe.
