I have found that the foam in the heel of later ASICs DS and kayono wears away quickly leaving a hard plastic component that digs into the side of my heel causing blisters. Have they changed something in the construction? I have not found this with other makes as the hard plastic component is higher, so it does not dig in or cause the foam to rub away.

This is a shame as iI really like the shoe, but it does not last long enough nowadays
