They feel chunky and the responsiveness isn't great. |
The now-familiar forefoot lugs on Newton’s range of shoes can be a mixed bag if you’re not used to them so we advise adapting to these in small doses over time in order to avoid a lower leg injury. The encouragement they give you to land on your forefoot is perfect for racing, however, and they do promote greater forward propulsion, but the chunky feel means responsiveness is only average.
