Ran in a pair last night. They were perfect for me and didn't irritate the ball of my foot which has been happening with a lot of trainers. Nice and sift, maybe too soft for some. Pretty flexible, although I'm not sure how much the incorprated 'Free' design helps. Not much support. Great for neutral runners wanting a comfy fast pair of trainers for their club runs on the roads. Grip is rubbish off road.
