If you mid or front food land, or are training to improve technique, comfortable and positive feel.

Very light and comfortable. Positive feel for the road. They help considerably to improve technique. The flexible soles encourage you to get into a more natural position, and reduce the tendency to land on your heels.
The comment in RR about no forward propulsion makes no sense to me. The shoes fit very well and the drive is extremely positive. I can only think that the tester is using a technique incompatible with this type of shoe.
I bought this shoe (the Free Run 5) and raced 10k the next day without any problems.
Running technique and style have to be changed. They will be no use if a runner is not prepared to take this on board. There is some cushioning but not enough to land on your heels and not risk injury.
Changing to this style initially means working harder (my opinion) but you will go faster and it gets easier.
I would recomend them. Light and comfortable. Good feel for the road but with some cushioning. (I have the Free Run 5)
Research and improve running technique first. These shoes are useless if you land on your heels.

This is the shoe for someone with foot issues

Shoe moves with your foot and allows it to work naturally
Cool and breathable
Light enough to race as well as train with.
Goes on and on with no discernible wear
Comfortable
The only thing I can think of is that it picks up stones but this is not a problem as they are easy to remove
I have been wearing the Nike frees since they first came out and as I have an issue with painful metatarsals and nipped nerves these have solved all that and I can run pain free again.

10 out of 10 from me! Though I have the v4 so more up to date than the one reviewed here

Very lightweight and bendy, you can't tell you have them on as they are so comfy... Works well uphill, as the shoe works with your foot, you get more grip than a more "rigid" shoe.
Ideal for long distance too... The foot does not move in the shoe, so no chaffing and so far not one blister have appeared on my foot... Whereas I've always had them with other shoes... Tongue attached to one side as well, so again it stays put.
Couldn't think of any as it is truly my perfect shoe, in my personal opinion... Apart from maybe that I'm finding it more difficult to clean the outside properly due to the material...
