GRAET SHOE ... BUT NOT FOR OFF ROAD RUNS

Great combination of cushioning & support. Very comfortable.
Has helped me to keep running after a few months off with a heel injury.
Ideal for road running / pavements / even some track work.
BUT every time I go for a run I have to stop to remove stones from the soles of the shoe – this seems to be a design fault. It’s fine when running on the pavement or road – but my regular routes include off-road sections … and the Lunar Trainer picks up small (and not-so-small)stones.

GOOD LOOKING NEUTRAL TRAINER

Looks Good, Light Weight, Nike+ Technology
None Ive found as yet - some people complain about the heel digging in to the back of foot causing rubbing and bleeding I am yet to experiance this (did a 7 mile run in them tonight and no probs very comfy)
Just changed my Nike Pegasus to a pair of these and I am so chuffed with them I bought a second pair (on sale at the mo on www.dorunning.com!) I like the look and performance of these yet to try off roadbut excellent on.

A GOOD, COMFORTABLE LIGHTWEIGHT TRAINING SHOE.

Lightweight, comfortable, Nike+ enabled, feet feel cool all the time due to great upper ventilation.
Does the sole really have to be that colour?
I am using this as my marathon training shoe and it is helping the kms fly by.

Very very comfortable althogh the wide sole took a bit of getting used after the Lunaracer, which are excellent btw. A great trainer.
