If you're a mid to fore-foot runner looking for a 10k PB, these are excellent. Probably not a good idea for serious heel strikers or overpronators, heavier runners.

i have a set of these in the flame colour and i have had them for a year now and there is no difference since i first got them so i dont really think there is any meaning too the mileage restriction
