Brilliant shoe!

Very lightweight for a bigger runner yet they feel comfortable and hold the foot nicely. I don't want or need massive clunky shoes, despite being 6ft4 and the Fastwitch are perfect for what I use them for.
The holes in the sole are a little annoying at times as they let in the water! I know they are for weight reduction but they also let in small stones sometimes. Some of the grips wear out/come off quite early on also.
I love these shoes for regular training and they aren't too bad off-road either. Keep producing them, Saucony, they are easily as good as a certain other brand were before they bulked up their shoes! I'm a loyal fan now!

GREAT RACER

Very breathable and soft inside. Can be worn without socks and so is very popular with triathletes. Extremely light but also has a small amount of support.
Excellent all round racer.

A FINE COMPROMISE

Well made, compfortable
A bit lumpy
I chose this shoe for the London Marathon, having found that my normal racing flats were a bit too light over 20 miles. The Saucony is a very good shoe, beautifully made and it feels very light and fast. It doesn't quite live up to this, but for very long distance runs it's a reasonable compromise.

LIGHTWEIGHT RACING SHOE

Well they are light good for 5 & 10ks. PBed 5k in these.
Found not good for 10 milers upwards. Also the sole started to show signs of wear and tear after ONE race.
Good for Short Races

SLIPS ON LIKE A SLIPPER, RUNS LIKE LIGHTNING!

Support is adequate enought for up to 10K for me, a flat-footed over-pronator without having to stick a pair of orthotics in.
Outsole tends to wear down just a little too quickly for my liking (started to notice a little wear and tear after 15K's worth of racing).
Never thought I would be able to find a racer that I could use over the shorter races due to the fact that I over-pronate quite markedly.

Saucony have managed to come up with the goods (I have the Fast Twitch 3) with this racer. I don't know if I can use it over longer races, and I am not going to push it either by trying. Nevertheless, for a fast pace, and a comfy-slipper-feel, these cannot be beaten in my opinion for those runners needing support and a little cushioning. Try and you'll push your PB's.
