Our Review

For a shoe that is designed to provide mid-level pronation support, this is extremely lightweight – which is why the Omni is without doubt one of the most popular shoes in Saucony’s extensive range. The cushioning has been bumped up so that long runs are a plush, bouncy experience, but ...  Continue reading

A great shoe and one I expect i will be buying again. I did also buy the molded insoles you can purchase from some running shops and overall these fit my feet lovely. Highly recommend them. Cant comment on dura Continue reading...

Had the Adidas Supernova before these shoes and i liked them, Following the switch i have to say how misguided i was. These just suit me amazingly. My calf problem has disappeared, i am lighter on my feet and my times came down within 3 weeks once used to the switch. Love them.

Bought these last week and took them out for a 5.5k today to start breaking them. Great support in all areas which is exactly what I needed. Looking forward to testing them out at parkrun this weekend.

Sadly I think they are a disaster !

I have been wearing Omnis for years, Currently have 7's, 8's 10's 11's and 12's in various forms of decay around the house.

After 6 weeks in 12's I have gone back to a ratty old pair of 11's that I did all my training for Paris last year in, and my legs are much happier

Interesting. What's so disastrous about them?

Both hip and knee pain after any sort of distance in them....

ran 2:10 for a half in January and haven't suffered like that in 15 years, Went back to a very old pair of 11's and no issues at all...

i have noticed similar with Asics.

Asics gt2170s hardly any problems....

Gt2000s (direct replacements) .... Lots of knee and hip pains, changed to gt3000s and hey presto pains gone. i guess trainers are getting closer to beIng neutral, might need to look to see if Saucony have a trainer recommended for a more serious over pronator
