Asics Gel-1110
The good-value Gel 1110 features a new rubber outsole for improved cushioning and durability, but you can expect a fit and feel similar to the excellent 1100.
The 1110 comes with Asics's Trusstic footbridge in the midsole to control overpronation, plus extra Gel in the heel - strike and forefoot areas for improved cushioning.
Based on RW Lab data, the 1110 rates as a decent stability shoe because of its firmer medial (inner) side support and slightly stiffer forefoot. This makes it a good bet for runners with normal to high arches who still need a fair amount of stability.
