light, with plenty of support and cushioning

Comfortable all round. i dont have wide feet.
Cushioning - excellent, especially the heel. Good enough for me though as a forefoot runner.
Weight - I think they feel light on my feet.
No blisters or rubbing, and no recurrence of shin splints I recovered from last year.
None as yet, having had them 4 weeks.
Very Good.

wears out too quickly

very very comfortable
holes inside of 3 weeks - knackered in 6.
I've been wearing kayanos for 6 years . Ive tried other shoes but never found one as comfortable as the kayanos . BUT the big toe goes through the canvas inside 3 weeks (and no its not my toe nails) The inside heal wears quickly and the strike zone lasts abot 8 weeks. i do run 30 to 50 miles a week but they are very expensive when youve got to replace them every 2 months

Great stability and comfort.

I changed from asics ds16 to these shoes as really were needed due to being an overpronator. I found them very comfortable and extremely supportive. They fit like a glove. Likely to last much longer than previous trainers.
I have found them much heavier than my previous trainers but have only used them twice for runs so far so I think I just need get used to them as my previous trainers were v lightweight.
Excellent for comfort and stability (with bounce!). I've only used them for running twice so far so still need to get used to them but I think they will be great for me being an overpronator. If you can shop around and get a good deal i think they are definately worth it.

A revelation after the 16s, which bruised and blistered my heels. The 17 is vastly improved. No blisters.

Like a dog returning to its vomit I took a chance on the 17 after the utterly disastrous 16. What a pleasant surprise! The 17 has brilliant forefoot cushioning, much better fit and much improved comfort over the 16. Also the 17 has a smoother transition due to the lower heel-to-toe drop & softer forefoot. It now rolls through the transition smoothly rather than slapping like the 16 did. The 17 breathes better - feet don't get sweaty like the 16s.
None that I've discovered.
Could not be happier - this is a vastly improved shoe over the 16. The changes look small, but the net effect is large.
