Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9

Brooks hasn't done too much to change what is already a highly popular formula for their 'Go To Shoe'. The heel has been reworked with a separate lateral piece to improve heel-to-toe transition; the midfoot has been slimmed down to give a more responsive wrap round the foot and the upper has been made lighter and airier.

Brooks has clearly set out to tweak an old favourite without changing its essence – and they've succeeded. All the changes made have been small but impressive. The cushioning remains fantastic and our testers commented particularly on the great stability and comfort.
