Lack of support for long distances |
This is a light stability shoe aimed at mild overpronators. Its weight almost puts it in the performance-shoe category, but it still offers good support, an arch wrap aimed at providing a snug fit and a forefoot that bends upwards at the tip for an easier toe-off. A flexible upper is designed to give a perfect fit for different feet while still keeping the foot locked in place.
he Ravenna doesn't have the beefy support structure found in the other shoes in this category, offering lighter support instead. Our testers liked the fit, but felt that the shoe lacked support on long runs. Our wear-testers say: "Comfortable, and they felt supportive on steady runs, but less so doing speed and hill work." - Alex Rees
