AIRY, SUPPORTIVE AND PURPLE (VERY PRETTY!)

Great support, so much less pain when running compared to my old Nikes with a supportive insole. Decent cushioning too given the focus is on stability.
Well, I did like the pretty colours until I did a week running in Lanzarote and the dust has made them a very murky colour!
My first pair of "proper" running shoes so not much to compare them to!

They let in a good amount air over the foot that my housemate complains less about my stinky feet!

now I see the price tag, I'm glad I got the as a xmas present!

LOVE 'EM

Firm and stable but with the added bonus of being light and not looking like a pair of dinner plates on your feet
Could be lighter but only a minor niggle
Fatastic stability shoes that don't look like Bod shoes

FIRM, RESPONSIVE CONTROL (AT A PRICE)

Cushioned for those non-whippets amongst us
Light and well-aired
Quality build
Colour not suited to winter running (so long white shoes!)
Pricey
Despite the price and the fact the red, white and blue is now grey, greyer and black these are excellent shoes and helped me overcome longstanding injury problems to get back to spending quality time on my feet again. Having gone from New Balance M854's these felt very different (not at all like running with pillows on your feet) but make me feel a lot more in touch with my environment and i've found speedwork easier.

bring on the long runs!

got these from our local experts at Easy Runner (Bristol) who once again sorted me out with quality shoes.

ROCK'ARD

soft upper's
These are the hardest shoes i have ever worn for any thing, even steelies for work, like running on planks of wood
don't bother with these. Kayano's are the better option.

FIRM BUT COMFORTABLE.

Nice supporting uppers, very airy (and its winter time).
lightweight shoe for this lever of support.
Firm heal, and heel sole area very built up, (gives calf/achiles a easier time).
Good in transition, wave plate works well, the heel never seems to stay on the ground. (£50 from sweatshop)

Wave fan, seems to lift rear of shoe.
Maybe makes some people toe strike to quickly for them?(injury) Try before you buy.
Had 5 pairs of Mizuno's in recent years, (none in last 2 yrs).
They seem built to last, never fall apaort, not to everynoe styling, but a great shoe, but not at £90!
