AN EXCELLENT SUPPORTIVE, CUSHIONED SHOE

Very supportive and comfortable
None so far
Have been suffering for some time with ankle problems and these shoes seems to have releived the problem in just a few days. Very supportive and the cushioning is on firm side but feels just as good at the beginning as at the end of a long run. Some say the shoe is a little expensive but if it cures problems with ankles like me its worth every penny. These have replace a pair of Saucony Hurricanes which are also good shoes but have much softer cushioning.

WAVE RIDER 11 ( NOT NIRVANA )

Great shoe:snug,amply spacious,nicely supportive for toe & heel striking,well ventilated. Superb for half and full(Flora - here-I-come)marathon/s.
One minor one: As with most running shoes makers
the laces could still be shortened; this would help avoid the need to do loads of unnecessary triple tying.
A very effective mix of support, cushioning, ventilation and snug comfort.

If I can do them their deserved justic I believe they will take me into a new PB on the 13th at London i.e. sub 3.50.

Good luck to all fellow Flora runners.

EASED THE ITB'S AND WORKS FOR ME.

My first stability shoe after 2 years of Cushioned shoes. I'd spent 6 weeks struggling with ITB problems and after discarding my old shoe this cut away the problem in 2 days. Not top on comfort but a significant and effective intervention.
Took a good 70 miles to run in and did experience some heel blisters for the first time. Would like a little more cushion on the forefoot.
Once I got used to the new feel I've found them fast and effective. I'd stopped road running for 6 weeks before these and am now back to 40 -50 miles a week. Fields were fine but I just love the road and in these shoes it would seem I can continue.
