Mizuno Wave Nirvana 7

Summary | Full Review | Reader Reviews | Gallery | Specs | Discussion
Lighter and more flexible

Very different fit to previous shoes in the series

What's new? This version has gender-specific lasts and 'Dynamotion' fit - Mizuno's new flexible upper that moves in tandem with your foot.

We say The feel of this shoe is so different from the previous Nirvana that fans of the model should not expect to recognise the fit. It is significantly lighter and softer, the wave plate feels a lot more flexible, and the new rubber compound in the heel is quite firm. Suitable for mild overpronators looking for a balance of speed and support.

Wear testers say "This is a grower. The pronounced upturned toe, redolent of Aladdin's slipper, looked odd but gave excellent heel-to-toe transition." Andy Dixon
