Brilliant - just brilliant!

Great fit - nice and snug around the heel but roomy in the toebox. Good cushioning - smooth from heel to toe - responsive and not 'squishy'. The support elements work well and aren't intrusive (unlike say, the old 1050) and the tongue is well-padded against the laces.
They are perhaps the ugliest shoes I've owned (if that's important to you).
They are expensive if you pay full-price (I got them for £47.50 from the Shap Outlet)
They aren't as breathable as I would like, if I was designing my perfect shoe.
Truly great shoe -better 'feel' than Nikes, far more durable than Asics and support nearly as good as Brooks. Good job.

Awesome, gone a long way to fix issues from an old knee injury, really comfortable and still quite light

Great support, very comfortable, light fit, excellent support. Just what the doctor ordered (except the doctor told me not to run at all only 1 year ago, goes to show what he knew!)
Hardly any, got them on sale for a pittance too
Awesome

Very pleased so far

Great stability and a certain amount of bounce. Have used them on road and trail and they hold up well on both. Also used them in varying conditions (hot, cold, rain, frost) and all good.
None that I can think of.
Have nothing to compare them to as these are my first running trainers. Put off running for many years due to a pain under the ball of my foot after any jogging. Decided to have one last go. Went to a store and had my gait analysed and was recommended these. Have since gone from zero to 20k and so far no occurrence of any significant pain. Very grateful to the salesperson as I didn't have a clue what I was buying.

Great Shoe

I've been running in the NB 763/4/5/6/7/8/9 and the replacement model did not really suit me with too much support. I bought a pair of the 1260v2 and went for my first run last week.
The best word to describe them is "plush". They have the typical New Balance fit that I have been searching for, snug without being tight. I am a C/D width fitting so these are just right. The support and cushioning are just ideal and I cannot praise these shoes highly enough.
I have had help from the really nice people at New Balance UK and they have gone over the top to look after me. Chapeau.
They are not cheap!
I think it's the rekindling of a love affair.

Get them now!

I'm a big guy, 17.5 stone, and do need something that takes a pounding. I've been in Nike, Mizumo's, Asics, Brooks and AT LAST I've found them. These NB's are fantastic. Comfortable for my 10ks, correcting my over pronation and still responsive and light enough. Size 12 wider width fits like a glove.
Are there any? I ran in them for the first time then went straight out and bought another pair.
Believe me, I dont write reviews for a living - I'd rather be out running. I've been running regularly for over a year, 3-4 times a week, from couch to 5k and now up to 10k 3 times a week. I needed good shoes. I looked everywhere and - really - money was not an issue. These New Balance shoes are the best. I love them.
