GOOD SUPPORTIVE SHOE FOR A HEAVY RUNNER.

Dry out quickly after a wet winter run. Lots of bounce. Feel "held in place" but not constricted.
I'm a 4.5 if measured for length but have wide feet so often end-up wearing (in fashion shoes) a 6. I found the 5 was perfect with lots of toe room.
Haven't really found any yet.
My first running shoes but I did try 10 different pairs at a Sweatshop before getting these. I found all Asics grabbed my heel and really hurt, Saucony weren't the right shape and Brooks just felt really un-padded in comparison. Depends what you're running for - I'm trying to build up mileage and generally run on flat trails with some road-work. I find these have a great grip in the woodland areas too.

BOINGY BUT NOT TOO SQUISHY & NOT A BLISTER IN SIGHT

Lovely wide toe box. Upper made from 'airy' fabric so no worries about hot sweaty tootsies. A nice light comfy shoe. Oh and it looks good aswell.
Slightly loose around the heel for my 'Duck Feet' but thats just me. Mind you the old lace locking tip seems to have gotten around that one though!
If you are a bit on the heavy side, you overpronate, you have been blessed with 'Duck Feet', you want great stability, lovely cushioning, attractive styling & a reasonable price point then there is no question about it THIS is the shoe for you.

VERY LIGHT WITH GREAT STABILITY

Excellent at reducing the amount of pronation, with good stability. Very light for a stability trainer. Good wide toebox.
Insole too high around the heel, giving me a constant blister on the side of my heel. Not a major problem as insole can be taken out.
A very good shoe for over pronators. Has reduced the pain of shin splints.
