GREAT, ESPECIALLY FOR £25

Comfort, support, looks.
None
Got mine for £25 online. Last pair. I want to get some more but cant find anywhere else that sells them for this price.

Pearl Izumi are now my favourite brand (used to be Asics).

LOADS OF CUSIONING VERY BOUNCY & LIGHT

very light, but also very cusioned
not really come across any yet, but the outer heel may have potential to collapse if, like me, you outer heels strike is quite pronounced
I really like them, Didn't take any time at all to break in. no where near as clumpy as other cusioning shoes i've worn. I also like the colour. The lack of stitching to rub is also a greta bonus.

COMFORT AND CUSHIONING LEAD TO CONFIDENT RUNNING

Comfort - hugs your foot like a second skin with no areas likely to rub.
Not sturdy enough for off road
Before buying the Pearl Izumi's I "road tested" 6 different brands and models on the treadmill in store and was amazed at the difference in comfort and ease of motion between the PIs and the rest. As I am now running the London Marathon in these I am very happy with my purchase.

HARD

seam less upper, no stiching to rub
lacks grip in the wet/or on grass, open heel fils with mud when off road
was sold a better shoe than the wave rider, may have performed well in the lab, but didn't come near the rideron the road
