A good long-distance racing shoe for heavier runners as well as being a surprisingly easy-going everyday trainer.

A new lower-profile stability frame helps the Syncropace feel fast without losing support. Skydex foam in the forefoot adds long-lasting cushioning. Wiggle has some PI and so do Foot-Traffic, but not the Syncropace in my size.
