Well made and supportive

Plenty of support over full marathon distance, not too controlling so as to feel unnatural.
lack of cushioning under the forefoot.
I'm quite flat footed and bought these after using Nike Triax 10s. They feel slower and more controlling than the Nike's but strike a generally good compromise between comfort and control over longer runs. Much of the forefoot cushioning depends on the insole rather than the midsole and is lost if replaced by an orthotic. They are very well made and comfortably shaped for my weird broad front / skinny heeled feet. Would recommend for big mileages at a slow and steady pace but not for short blasts or setting PBs.

Stable, very stable. Nice looking and very smoooth thro' heal to toe.V Pleased.

These shoes wrap your feet up like no other i have tried, my feet feel secure and stable and give me the confidence to let rip on the down hills, even though i have an ankle that moansc like an old woman after 10k, they also look the dogs doodahs!
Pricey and i think sauciny could have worked on the weight more, they do feel heavier than my old ascics, burns more cals though...every cloud!
Great feel, great look - V.Pleased, even if it did sting a bit at the counter!!!
