Saucony ProGrid Guide 4
 |
Lighter and with improved bounce |
| |
 |
Very little forefoot cushioning |
What's new? Saucony has shaved off 12g from the previous version, softer cushioning gives more bounce, and improved mesh provides breathability.
We say Our testers were impressed with flexibility and responsiveness but felt that the forefoot lacked sufficient cushioning. The flex grooves on the outsole have been positioned to increase speed of transition - a small change, but one that was noticed immediately by several fans of the ProGrid Guide 3.
Wear testers say "I ran 5K in icy conditions and although I ran slower, the grip was excellent and I felt secure underfoot." Rachel Badham
