This shoe is aimed at the middle-to-long-distance market. The EVA midsole is chunky for a performance model, but gives good cushioning, and the added weight was not prohibitive. The spike plate is quite aggressive: as well as seven screw-in spikes there are smaller plastic ones for grip and minimal forefoot fatigue.
