Short description
a varied little run starting with hills in a built up area of town. Moving into a flat section along the river and past the weir, then back and through the park still along the river. Crossing over to do a little off-road around some cricket fields, then finishing with a little uphill back to the start.

Route Instructions
start comfortably, enjoy the varied terrains and profiles, breath deeply through the park (fewer cars and more trees). mostly enjoy. There's good opportunity to push really hard on the park section which makes the run really rewarding.
Facilities
Bushes? trees? there are public loos in the park but so near the end you'd really have to want to.
