a race.Ive now signed up to a Portland 10 mile race in early July and my current time for this distance is only 87 minutes and I want to find a schedule to help me train to improve it. I prefer schedules that give you target times i.e. run 3 miles

10-mile race brings out all the attributes of the distance runner. Follow our training programme and you could be hitting your target time in eight weeks
as weeks 8 and 9.The training has been set out at three levels, based on target times at around 80 minutes, 70 minutes and sub-60 minutes for the 10 miles. If youre slower than 80 minutes, you can still follow the Band 1 schedules, but at your own pace
