I need some advanced training for a 2.5k cross country

Hi,I have recently run a 2.5k cross country race and qualified for the regional races and now i'm looking for some advanced training to help me get into the top runners in the regionals. Any suggestions welcomed.ThanksYoungRunner

I'm confused! Wouldn't an 18 min 5k be equivalent to a 29:48 5-miler and a 5:53 miler?  And a 22 min 5k equivalent to a 7:10 mile (not 6:27)? Aiming at a sub-21 minute 5k race, what  therefore would training pace be for 1M, 5k and 5M? (Do you have
