Running and Alcohol Tolerance

Does it lower your resistance to alcohol?
Is it me or does anyone else notice that running seems to reduce your alcohol resistance? I've never exactly been a drinking machine, but since I've been taking my running more seriously and upped my mileage I've notice that I can't quite drink

I usually don't drink any alcohol 4 weeks before a race. However I have 2 weddings one week before a 10K race. Do you think it actually makes that much of a difference?Thanks only makes 5 minutes difference to me between running whilst hungover

Has any one had a drink this week?
's helped me to sleep - but I'm worried the alcohol will have un-done any good work. Any one been like this? Won't have any adverse effects on you at all. As you say - its helped you relax in the evenings. I wouldnt recommend getting bladdered on Saturday

Why doesn't it mix well
