Sat: 8 miles steady Sun: 2hrs30 cycling + swimmingOctober's training: It's been a good month. Bought goggles, flippers and a big shark's fin to scare children. Ran 150 miles last week. Ish - well, they were new routes. Trained with Dynamite Dave
