Time: 4:55My training went well until Easter weekend when I had a heavy cold for 4 days. Did 1.50 at Silverstone Half and 3.15 at Oakley 20. I felt fit enough to do sub.4.30 until I got underway, when I realised the effects of a cold were worse

Time: 3:19What a fantastic day! Despite being on the first coach to be refused access to the start, having to walk the last 10 minutes to the start, being extremely cold and wet pre-race, and all of us losing the pacers, we had a brilliant day

SupporterI was manning Mile 22 water station with Tilly Potter and a whole host of others, and would like to say how marvelous you all were.We felt so sorry for the poor souls who'd burnt out and were walking by our station. Very cold and wet
