Igot to 23 mile and the clock said 2:50 I knew 3:15 was out the window, butif I could to 3.2 mile in 30 minutes I was on for a PB, I managed 3:17:18,PB by about 3 minutes that had stood since FLM 1995.If I decide to enter next year I'd certainly train

the last 5 miles.Thanks to the RW 8:30 pacers that I stayed with for 2 miles at the start then 300 yards at 21 miles as they came surging by me! Most thanks go to the FLM 3:45 thread regulars. Your friendly posts warm and encouragement made training

the FLM a couple of times, I can appreciate the amount of hours of training people put in, and the feeling of euphoria which can overwhelm you sometimes as you look at the crowds waving and encouraging you on. I am now one of those Waving, Cheering
