How the training gets better, month by month
laps, with a half-marathon p.b. it all went pear-shaped with calf pains and cramp and has left me with a sore knee/hip/thigh, that’s stopping me running. At least I finished, which is important for morale when doing long events. I can still cycle though

and the whole event is so well organised from start to finish. I'll definitely run another marathon again as long as I am able and lucky enough to be accepted for my own place.I had my own place this year and decided to run and raise money for three charities
