is relatively stable – the Wave extends into the midfoot and acts as a strengthening shank - and although it won't suit runners with major pronation problems it could serve well as a 10K to half-marathon racing shoe for mild overpronators.In short Another nice

How losing GPS signal in the Docklands upset my race-day strategy
, but at the the end my Garmin said 26.7 miles and 3:00:18. Reviewing the data, the GPS seemed to lose its accuracy a bit in the Docklands. What is most annoying though is that I was not too tired after the race. I'm not too stiff today and know I could have run

Gels make the tum very delicate and a toilet stop needed!
into the marathon again next year I think I will have to review my race day refuelling again!Anyone have any other ideas on how to refuel during races?!I am really pleased with my time and without the pit stop I may have just snuck in under the four-hour mark
