laps, with a half-marathon p.b. it all went pear-shaped with calf pains and cramp and has left me with a sore knee/hip/thigh, that’s stopping me running. At least I finished, which is important for morale when doing long events. I can still cycle though

Aquathlon and won my event, this was mainly due to other’s miss-fortunes [several competitors went off-course on the swim] rather than my physical prowess. However, the history books will still show me as #1. I have had some help from some of the others here
