I have never experienced anything like it and suspect no other race will ever live up to the London Marathon
massage to sort out my battered legs. Oh and lots and lots of cheese! I decided that as I was craving it, it must mean my body was lacking something. Only cheese was going to put it right (well until tomorrow, then I'm back to limited amounts of cheese!)
