Time: 3:48Caught and tagged on with Sean and his colleague (3.45 pacers) from about 2 miles and stuck with them until 22/23 miles. Couldn't quite hold the pace over the last 3, but finished in 3.48 which is my best mara for 4 years. My splits were 1.54.15
