What's pacing?What?! You don't know about our free pacing groups? Then you've never had the luxury of forgetting all about responsibility in a race or training run, and simply following one of the experienced Runner's World pacers to hit your target
Running at different paces will not only add variety to your training, it’s also the most effective way to enhance your overall performance. Short, fast bursts will improve your racing sharpness and your body’s capacity to pump blood and oxygen
with florescent yellow sticks, and wear RUNNER’S WORLD pacing vests. They will attempt to run as evenly as possible. However, because of the large numbers running, it is inevitable that the sub-1:30 and sub-1:45 groups will need to go faster than target pace
