Time: 3:45Followed the RW 3:45 training plan & did 3:45:34. Best moment was passing club supporters at just before 25M & realising I still felt good & had plenty of puff when I'd anticipated needing an ambulance at that stage before the race. Seeing

Time: 5:58With a target time of 4.30, I knew things weren't quite going to plan when Iwas overtaken not only by the 11min mile groups but by both 'get you round'groups as well. Finish time around 5.58 - a personal worst by a massive80mins

Time not givenRan on plan for first 14 miles but then fell off pace (I hadn't allowed enough for loss of training due to injury) and was encouraged round by many friendly fellow-runners. Ran fast at end and came in with London PB but disappointing

honestly say that there wasn't a worst moment as it was my first Marathon (London or otherwise) and it all went to plan. I had dreams of running sub 3:15 but only had two proper half marathons to base it on as only started running seriously last July '03. I

Time: 3:29Despite the best intentions and a plan for even running towards my 3:30 target, I ran 10 miles at a pace I couldn't sustain then ground out the remaining miles with gritted teeth in the rain trying not to look at my watch or the mile

crowded and it was difficult. Although I didn't mind the weather, my fingers were numb at the end! Anyway, its not put me off - I'll be there next year - this time sustaining no training injuries beforehand AND planning the end escape better! Plan to do
