into the marathon again next year I think I will have to review my race day refuelling again!Anyone have any other ideas on how to refuel during races?!I am really pleased with my time and without the pit stop I may have just snuck in under the four-hour mark

marathon...I arrived at the start of the VLM 2010 with loads of missed training, a very sore foot and absolutley everyone telling me I should not run. Even my boss told me that if I hurt my foot more it would be self-inflicted and not to expect any sympathy

The VLM 2011 was my first ever marathon and I'm asking myself if it will be my last. Yesterday, race day, I had definitely decided that I was never ever doing another marathon again, but 24 hours later, I am already wavering.I am extremely proud
