Running for Ellen - five years on

How I ran my first marathon at London 2012 for Children's Liver Disease Foundation, in memory of our daughter Ellen
This was my first marathon, although I've run a few half-marathons in the last five years. I started running just after the death of our daughter in January 2007, as a way to help me deal with my grief and also to raise funds for Children's Liver
