What can I say?! Everything went right on the day - I've never felt so proud of myself and can't wait for next year!

Crippling cramp at 21 miles made me come to a standstill until a physio got me going again
! Cramp did hit on the way to the finish line but each time the crowd just shouted me on. I got to the finish, having experienced the physical and mental questions a marathon poses, knowing that I FINISHED. And went for a curry and pint soon after!

Completing the London Marathon has been a goal of mine for 30 years - finally I have done it!
