intervals which seems to help lots. A while ago I tried a pair of Asics Nimbus which were extremely squidgy and my feet felt like they were on fire after about 30mins. Just breaking in a new pair of Asics Cumulus and this BoF sensation is now happening

Don't you worry about the distance

to be running faster since I ditched the Air Pegasus and started using the Gel Stratus/Cumulus.I'd also like to say that the thing that got me my fastest mile in my last mile yesterday was thinking about what I would write in my race report for all of you
