Hi,Recently (3/4 months) started running, really enjoy my runs, longest so far is just over 8 miles. However - hills kill me!I'm starting the beginners Hal Higdon marathon schedule ready for the FLM. My question though is that as that schedule

Any advice on how to please?

I have been running for quite a long time but have never done any structured hill training as such. I really slow down going up hill but I have noticed that my heart rate stays roughly the same as when I am running at a faster pace on the flat. l

Planning to repeat Beginners Guide to Surrey Hills

10am Newlands Corner Drove Road Surrey near Shere. About 26 miles, 5 hills ish plus special guest star Mr Whitedown "the hard way". Followed by 10K XC run of the vaguely seriously hilly variety followed by Cheeseburgers, chips and tea.Bogs on hand

Only a beginner who is slowly building distances up. Unfortunately, I live on top of a hill, so the end of a run is usually up!

It is hilly where I live so I find it hard to find somewhere flattish to train. can anyone help whith information on including hills for a complete beginner!
