Started running again after a 10 year break! Just reaching end of the the Beginners progamme from here and running just over 5k according to app on my phone in 30 mins. So thought I would have a bash at the local Parkrun for a variety of reasons

Real beginner - not fit,over the last couple of months started walking to build stamina,lose weight and generally to feel better in myself.Wish now to progress to running short distances.
