Tracking progress from beginner to half marathon!

hey guys I am new to this forum I just thought I would share my new blog that I created yesterday to track my progress. I am a total beginner to running and maybe there are others out there that can relate to my blog so feel free to have a look

IT numpty has no idea where to start

just be a resource for the 6 coaches. We tried just e-mailing versions of the log between us but that didn't work as updates went missing. So, we just need some tables with text content which can be edited.Now, looking at Community Blogs, all the ones
