hi iv got my firts half marathon on sunday and was wondering what would be best ot eat for breakfast and what time i should eat. i dont normally have breakfast but i thought i better had somthing on race day. cheers in advance What have you done
So I am wondering travelodge stipulate when breakfast will be served.If I inform them that I am running in the Blackpool marathon will they provide me with an earlier breakfast? I am new to this as its my first time running a marathon. Anyone know
