how do you breathe when you run? do you breathe through your belly - expand your belly or do you breathe via your chest? - or do you do what comes naturally? - which for me is a mixture of both and not breathing at all!!! I need help!! Suck

Cannot breath well in the water!

having a unique problem - I'm not getting enough breath in me. Only being able to inhale for (about) half the time means that I reach the end of a length GASPING for breath, to the point that I struggle to not swallow lungfuls of water. That 2nd length
