Will running make them worse?

Any Remedies?

Ball of foot is becoming very sore after 7ish miles of running on tarmac. I think I may have a bunion forming. Little toe is also becoming blistered, but I think that is just me protecting the ball of foot. GP has booked me in to see a specialist
